Education Providers interested in obtaining approval to conduct courses to meet initial prelicensing education (PE) or continuing education (CE) requirements should submit a "Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System Course Provider application" to conduct nationwide courses of study. Submission of Student Information
An approved course provider has seven calendar days after the end of a course (or in the case of an online self-paced course, from the time the student completes the course) to report (bank) a student’s credits. Banking credit hours

4 Hour NC PE outline
Click NC State Specific PE Outline to view. This four hour course is in addition to the 20 hours of required NMLS & R approved education as required by the SAFE Mortgage Act. Course must be submitted to NMLS & R and jointly approved by NMLS & R and NCCOB.
